I’m so glad he did. Over the past three months, Brent has worked tirelessly to ensure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t call myself needy, but I do ask questions—and Brent was patient, responsive, and consistently followed up.Every contractor he brought in was respectful and excellent at their craft. My favorite was the father-son electrician duo—it was refreshing to see local families working together. The solar installers even noticed one of my fence panels was popped out (my fault!) and fixed it on their own initiative.Brent is also incredibly resourceful. He compared quotes from several service providers (like tree removal) to get me the best deal and even arranged for my unrelated electrical issue to be handled by the same electricians at a 10% discount. When I mentioned other projects—like fence repair and sump pump drainage—he connected me with reliable people, no strings attached, simply because he loves helping others.We also did Aeroseal through Brent’s network. I’d read mixed reviews about the results, but I’m glad I went with it—my home now has a remarkably even temperature throughout. It no longer feels like walking through pockets of different air temperatures; the comfort difference is evident.I never felt pressured at any point. Brent’s patience and integrity really stood out. While there were a few minor delays due to county permitting, Evergy’s timing, and my own travel, everything came together beautifully.Brent’s honesty, follow-through, and genuine care make Barkley Solar truly exceptional.
