Fantastic experience! I needed a glass replaced in a kitchen cabinet, and Ray was so helpful from start to finish. He was flexible with scheduling, squeezing me in last-minute, and even suggesting to come to the store to save me money. Price was very reasonable, and Ray completed the job in about 30 minutes!
I am writing this letter of recommendation because Georgia Glass Repair is nothing short of amazing. The Company sent Matt and Brian to install a large half moon window on the second floor of my home. These men were courteous, professional and highly skilled. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The job was perfect, I could not have found a better Company. I am so pleased with this Company and Matt and Brian. The price quoted was also amazing, definitely more than competitive. I highly recommend Georgia Window Repair for all of your window projects.
Brian did a terrific job in all respects, from his first visit to measure the shattered insulated glass panel, to the installation of the new panel. He managed to carry the shattered panel out in one piece ... against the odds.
Excellent service!We had a great experience. I called these guys about our windows and they got us scheduled for an estimate right away. In fact, they came the very next morning. Matt was very nice and knowledgeable. He was in a company van and he had a company shirt on so he was easy to identify. He measured all the windows that needed to be fixed and got us a quote the same day. We called Jodi back to pay our deposit and they came back to do the repairs within 2 weeks. Matt got 9 windows done in less than 2 hours. Our HOA was happy with their work and so are we! Mr. Ray was very professional and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing sketchy at all! After the work was completed and I signed off, they charged the rest. Just like they promised.Not to mention, I had gotten other quotes that were way higher and the cost to replace the entire window was even more. We were happy to save some money!I say all this because I had scheduled different companies for quotes and they were all kind of suspicious. Some didnt show up to measure, others were accused of running off with peoples deposit, or they were only available by email.
