My family got window replaced from Green View Remodeling and it was a great experience.Overall process was not much different compare to other window companies where they come to the home and show their window and talk about pricing.I can say that compare to other companies, pricing was very competitive.After contract was made, it took a quite a bit of time before the actual installation, but this was expected given that all the window were custom made.However, even though it took some time, when I contacted them regarding the update, they provided with update of approximate time frame.Also, after window has arrived, they told me inexact detail how long it will take to do all the installation which was two days, and worked with me scheduling the installation.Now, completion of the installation took more than expected because during the installation, one of the window was damaged.So, new window was ordered to replace the damaged window.Also, because one of the window was not the typical size so custom made bug net had to be ordered.Even though not everything was flawless, Green View Remodeling kept its end of the bargain and finished the job.Also, through out the process, they kept the update and kept the communication going.To add the final note, windows are great quality and there is noticeable temperature difference compare to last year's winter, so we are very happy with the result.
Greenview was the only company that came to the house and immediately gained my trust through their direct, no nonsense selling approach and that early judgement proved to be true throughout the process…good people from a local Roswell company. The windows themselves are fairly priced and really are very functional. Additionally, they touted that their windows have more glass. I had no idea what that meant until they said it…their windows have less bulking housing surrounding them and it makes them look really nice, much better than the others I had seen in my opinion. The installers were clean, respectful, and fast! All of this plus the warranty good for 3 generations of homeownership and I’d say this is the top window vendor if you’re in the market in Northern Georgia.
Matt was very nice & easy to deal with. No high pressure sales, just gave me a trustworthy feel. The windows look great & now I can’t wait to window wash with ease!! And, I love the window stop…how safe I will feel! The crew that installed was on time, efficient & nice!
Hired Greenview to replace 17 windows which included a huge kitchen set of windows (4 large panes and two triangles on top).From our initial meeting with Matt, who was fantastic and super friendly, to the installation crew, that was also very friendly and professional, we have ended up with an amazing set of new windows. Hired Green View to replace 17 windows and a set of French doors and had a fantastic experience with them from start to finish. I'm not sure what it is about the window vendors specifically, but so many of them take up 3-4 hours of your time and BS you through their spiel to then provide a sticker shock price tag, and this was not the case with Green View. They were the 4th vendor we talked to for a quote and by far and away the best. Rob was extremely helpful and easy to talk to, and most importantly, the quote received was nearly half the cost of 2 other vendors we spoke to for the same exact quality and scope of work.Green View was highly communicative from the second we accepted the quote, keeping us posted for when windows came in and were immediately responsive every time when we would check in for an update on when the doors would be finished. Installation on both sets were great, and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and making them look brand new each time they came out. Very very pleased with using this company for my windows and doors and will be sure to use them going forward for all door replacements we have coming up.A few pictures below to help show a few bigger pieces they installed, but can't recommend them enough to everyone out there.
