The beginning of my experience with Window World was with Kyler who came to my home to discuss replacement window options. He explained the different options available and even had a sample window to show me. I was very impressed. What also impressed me was the lifetime warranty included with my purchase. Spending this much on windows it’s nice to know they would have my back should something happen over the years.The new windows were installed on our home today. Ercilio and his crew showed up early and worked until the job was done, and we had a lot of windows! They were thorough, conscientious and cleaned up at the end of the day. Just another aspect of the professionalism that Window World possesses. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality replacement windows.
I was in the market for a replacement patio door that had deteriorated over the course of many years. I received an outrageous quote from a competitor of WW for ONE door…over $12,000.00!!! When I received a call from their customer service representative I simply asked him if he would be willing to pay $12,000 himself for one door, to which he never responded! They also quoted me replacement windows to the tune of $3500 each!!! Needless to say, I did not use them nor will in the future.Enter Window World. Their representative was absolutely fantastic, and a real pleasure to deal with both in person, over the phone, and email. From the initial order to the date of installation approximately six weeks later, the appointment was scheduled and they showed up on time replace the door without damaging the transom and did a superb job on the install! The installers were all very nice and accommodating, and we’re in and out in no time. It was an absolute pleasure working with them in this process. I do intend to use them again when it comes time to replace windows! Good company!
Wow! What a great experience. I have never done window replacements but went with Window World of Atlanta from a trust worthy recommendation (my son). I called Jamie who was prompt in responding. We went through options and made a decision to move forward. The pricing was fair and easy. My son recommended Encilio and his crew, based on his prior experience. The crew arrived on time, finished as expected and the windows look great. I even found a small miss about 15 minutes after the crew pulled out. I texted Encilio and he turned around, after a full day of install, and corrected the issue. Well done!!
