Thank you Lindsay windows for such great service. I had an issue with a couple of my pinnacle windows and Carlos came out to get the issue fixed and corrected. He was very informative and knowledgeable about my windows and the scheduling with Hp was very pleasant as well. She was kind and made the whole scheduling process perfect. I recommend Lindsay windows to everyone, and Carlos and Hp, thank you very much for resolving this minor issue.
Recently had their windows installed. I had a few minor items to be addressed. The whole process was smooth and they diligently handled my concerns. A special thanks to Norma for being very courteous, professional, and responsive. She provided great communication, something that doesn't happen everywhere. I definitely recommend!
Just want to give a shout out to Kevin with Lindsay, who came to inspect a few of my windows that were a bit drafty four years after install. Since the install had happened during COVID I’d never gotten a full walk through and explanation of my windows. Kevin showed me a lot about operating them (as well as showing me why they were drafty and fixing the issue). Thanks, Kevin, for making life a bit easier - and warmer! - for me!
