Bend Glass & Mirror

Bend Glass & Mirror overall, but specifically Tyler, were outstanding. I had a shower door that was purchased and installed from another party, that in short, was a complete failure and disgrace. I had just finished a major shower remodel only to have the door installed completely wrong. Bend Glass & Mirror was recommended to me by West Coast Tub Repair, (who also saved the day, by seamlessly repairing the damage caused by the initial installer.) Tyler (and team) were here within a day, and completely repaired/transformed the shower door install. For not being a custom door, it is next to perfect. Tyler was incredibly kind, thorough and was just overall so impressive with his knowledge of how best to repair the situation. Having gone through this (I hope to not need to replace a shower door anytime soon) I know for a fact Bend Glass & Mirror will forever be my go to. Thank you Tyler, Bend Glass (and West Coast Tub Repair) for resolving to perfection what could have been a very expensive and heart wrenching disaster.

I have used Bend Glass and Mirror multiple times for various projects in my home. While the office staff has been helpful and communicative, I believe there could be more transparent communication upfront about what services are offered and any limitations on the work they perform. Unfortunately, my experiences with one particular technician (I believe his name was Taylor or Tyler, the other was polite) have been consistently disappointing. During both visits—one for shower glass installation and another for mirror hanging—his demeanor was unwelcoming, dismissive, and rude. He did not greet me upon entering my home, and his explanation of what services they do and don't provide came across as condescending rather than informative. I was told during the most recent visit that they only hang custom mirrors, not mirrors purchased elsewhere, which is totally understandable, but would have been helpful to know before scheduling the appointment. Being made to feel like an inconvenience for requesting their services was unprofessional and unnecessary. I appreciate quality workmanship, but customer service is equally important. I hope the company will clarify their service offerings more clearly with customers during booking and provide additional training on professional communication for their technicians. I will be looking for services elsewhere from now on.

I can’t say enough positive things about Bend Glass and Mirror. This company and their employees have consistently provided me with outstanding products and customer service. They fabricated and installed a spectacular shower, installed a Home Depot kit shower, and fabricated and hung a custom mirror.
