Sam Harder
They left our doors out in the rain without letting us know that they were throwing them out. After calling and talking with Rob one of the owners he noted we should have asked for our property back and did not take accountability for the lack of of professionalism in not communicating with us about them doing that without asking if we wanted them back. When asking for them to give us the the same doors he refused to paint them. While we could have gone to small claims, it didn't seem worth $500, but definitely worth letting other customers to try another vendor. While they said they "recycle doors" in reality they toss out perfectly good doors that fill our landfill and could have been donated to those in need.

Excellent customer service. Only place in town with 8 inch by 36 inch thresholds. Great quality thresholds.

I've worked with Dalton on a few sizable orders and he has been awesome. He is highly knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond on several occasions for me. He is definitely one of your staff members that stands out. Give him a raise - he has made me a customer for life through his incredible service.
