Ray came to do the estimate and explained everything in detail to me, especially my concerns and questions. The installation team just left after a flawless installation. The team was here on time, cleaned up everything before they left and explained how to care for the new windows. I would recommend Ray-Don without hesitation if you need replacement windows and screens. My job was all the window replacements in my Lanai. I plan to enjoy these windows for many years to come!! Thanks to everyone at Ray-Don..........

This was the only company that was willing to repair my storm door. It has a window that slides down with the screen coming out of the frame. The did a great job and I am very grateful. The cost of repairing was much cheaper that ordering a new door.
