Haven't received my windows yet as it takes a while due to being custom made so I'm commenting mostly on the process. Jeremy was great. He told me what i needed to know without overselling and didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. He was respectful of my time. The ability to text with any questions/scheduling made the process easier. Received three estimates who who were all within $200 of each other... but Comforts responsiveness, patience's and flexibility is what made me choose Comfort windows. I had one company that called 1 hour before appointment to say they couldn't make it and then just never called back or rescheduled. I wanted dependable people that I could get a hold of. They also offered a military discount which was nice and I support the companies that support our veterans.
