I recently met with Jason Milsom from Comfort Windows to discuss a window replacement project, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. He is clearly very detail-oriented—he took the time to walk me through actual window models so I could see the quality firsthand, which made a huge difference in my decision-making. Jeremy was our salesman and was very professional and pleasant. He provided great information on Comfort Windows as a company and the products and services offered. He was very upfront about all of it and was genuine. Ultimately we decided to go with Comfort Windows throughout the house. More to come when they are installed!

Haven't received my windows yet as it takes a while due to being custom made so I'm commenting mostly on the process. Jeremy was great. He told me what i needed to know without overselling and didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. He was respectful of my time. The ability to text with any questions/scheduling made the process easier. Received three estimates who who were all within $200 of each other... but Comforts responsiveness, patience's and flexibility is what made me choose Comfort windows. I had one company that called 1 hour before appointment to say they couldn't make it and then just never called back or rescheduled. I wanted dependable people that I could get a hold of. They also offered a military discount which was nice and I support the companies that support our veterans.

They informed me every step of the way, this included replacement of a new skylight and repairing any damaged plywood. The craftsmanship of the crew that installed my windows (the foreman was Felix) was dedicated to ensuring my total satisfaction. The Foreman kept me informed of each window installed and asked me several times if I had any questions on the install. When the installation was complete Felix took me to every window showed me the operation and verified I was satisfied. They protected the inside of my house and cleaned up after the job was complete. I’m happy with all the contacts with Comfort I made during this process from the sales representative, the financing representative, the scheduling representative and the installation crew. I highly recommend Comfort Windows And Doors for any project you have. The warranty and the craftsmanship is what sold me on Comfort Windows And Doors.
