This is the corner seam of my new door that Pella factory says was within the margin of error. I cannot complain about the service they did come out to replace the door and the installers were great. But you can see the seam is still not aligned correctly and I still ended up with a door of poor quality even after the replacement. Do not be fooled thinking that the door you get installed will be the same quality as the door you see in the showroom. There are cheaper options for the same low quality doors and windows.
We love our new front door and storm door. They were installed just before Christmas and didn't take long at all. The house didn't even get cold while they were working. The crew was very thorough and polite and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Pella and will be using them again.
My 19 year old Pella patio door was in need of new rollers. I contacted the Pella Cheektowaga office for service and was given a date with a 2 week wait along with an estimate for $300.00 for labor with an additional charge for parts. The first appointment was cancelled on the day of the appointment because of technician illness. Another appointment was made 2 weeks later and was also cancelled due to technician illness. All this while I was unable to access my patio with a struggle to open the door. A third appointment was made for 2 days later and thankfully the technicians arrived and did a great job. They were done in 15 minutes. When I received the invoice the next day it was for $300.00 plus tax for a 15 minute job. I called to voice my frustration with a service charge that took over a month to complete with multiple cancellations and was done in 15 minutes. When I received a call a few days later, I was happy to hear I will be credited with a 50% refund. Overall the maintenance service from Pella was wonderful and what I would expect from a well respected name like Pella. It is unfortunate that I had to voice my frustration for a high service charge after multiple rescheduling in order to receive a partial refund.
Huge thank you to the entire team, Anthony in sales and Sam in setting up our project and the installation team. We had to replace old windows, we looked at a few other local window companies. Nobody else has the history of Pella Windows and none of the other companies explained their product and steps in securing a worry free purchase and install.. History and consumers agree, Pella is at the top.We replaced 34 total casement windows. We chose wood, white coloring, love the grills inside the glass and hidden crank out handle. Delivery was day before install, the delivery team had kept me up to date on arrival time, They were right on, schedule..the installation teamarrived the next morning as they had said, these guys were incredible, working two days installing these awesome Pella Windows. The finish work is impeccable, nothing left behind. The windows are beautiful, installation was without any hiccups and the difference in the room temperature is clearly evident.. I highly recommend the Pella team, call Anthony and setup your appointment, shopping others in hope of saving money? Is the problem I had made, Nobody else had the knowledge, time and understanding of what we wanted..Thank You so much Western New York Pella Team..Incredible Team and Incredible Product, Thanks for making our home Beautiful...Ricky & Dede Grosser
I'm not very pleased with my Pella experience.I ordered a window through Lowe's. the window was delivered without the keeper for the latch. Lowes contacted Pella promptly. It took a month for Pella to come out to install the keeper on the window. The window had been installed that whole time without a functioning latch. Pella made it seem that my incomplete window was a hassle for them.Ultimately, I am pretty upset that it took so long to have such a simple part installed. I think that this should have been a priority repair, as it was a faulty assembly.I was not going to leave a review, but Pella asked me to...
