Couldn’t be happier with our new windows! Our salesman Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable and always available if we had questions or needed anything. From the estimate/paperwork to the window install it was only a 7 week lead time which was way faster than expected! Yay!!! The install crew was polite, quick and efficient. I gave window factory outlet a call and the salesman Jason was extremely punctual, professional, and knowledgeable with every and any questions I had. Also if you think you can’t afford it, think again. They have great financing options available for anyone looking to get their windows replaced in a timely manner. The window installation crew was extremely diligent and very polite (even took their shoes off in the house) They worked very hard and it was a very quick and easy process!
From sales, measure to install everyone was professional and had expertise in what they do. Shout out to Matt and Tyrone for their masterful install and crushing the "hard part" - doing the wraps. Their work on the wraps is artistry! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs windows replaced. They are competitively priced and a high quality window (I got the middle price point ones). One thing that sold me on this company is that all of their manufacturing is downtown - employing people in Buffalo - not shipped in from overseas. 5 star all the way, cannot speak highly enough of this company. I've had express do a similar size job before (20+ windows) and it was day and night better experience this time. Now i can save time when I do windows next by not having to call around for a few estimates.
