As a repeat Window Nation customer, we had a pretty good idea of what to expect from WN when Steve arrived at our home to give us an estimate for some additional windows. The person who setup the appointment listened to our concerns and expectations for the visit, and was able to concisely convey those expectations to Steve, prior to our meeting. Arriving on time, Steve restated what we were looking to accomplish for our project - making the process more comfortable and efficient. After listening to our concerns, Steve went right to work, putting together some options for us to consider. Because of the trust WN had already earned with our previous project, and also, the consultative approach Steve took, it was an easy decision to go with Steve Celano and Window Nation once again. We’re absolutely looking forward to having the remaining windows replaced in the coming weeks.

Not only did I get beautiful windows but they were installed in a day leaving no trace that older windows were ever there. Even the windows I chose NOT to replace were faced off to match the new.
