I cannot say enough nice things about this whole process. From Ryan the salesman to Hannah who kept me informed every step of the way to the 2 greatest installers every bit of the process was covered. Nat and Ethan were just the sweetest guys who showed total respect for me my home and even my dogs. When there seemed to be a problem with the windows (my not seeing they were triple panned) they right away called the boss Jeff who came right over to reassure me that indeed they were as advertised. The boys even came back the next day (a Saturday) to caulk the inside since their tube was misprinted as clear when it was white. I love my new windows and will recommend Wonder Windows to anyone who will listen.
WW has a very efficient process! After we ordered the windows, Steve Klaver and Matt Varney came to the house and did final measurements just as we were told they would! It was a great experience from start to finish. Ryan was a great salesman- easily accessible and patient with changes I made. The windows and door are of the highest quality and look great. I hate to put the curtains and blinds back up covering the windows. Austin and his installers were neat and efficient.

From start to finish, we had a perfect experience with Wonder Windows. Our experience with the sales rep for our in-home consultation and estimate was enjoyable, informative, and thorough. He did a great job understanding our needs, and was able to offer us the best option for such a large window replacement. The measurement team that came out to do final measurements before the order was place were also very thorough, professional and efficient. We had about a three month waiting period for our massive custom window to be built, which we felt was completely reasonable. During those three months we received consistent updates from the wonder Windows team, letting us know that everything was still on track and that they would continue to keep us updated. We had a several week lead time for our installation date, on which the team was professional and efficient. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Wonder Windows – we quoted out five different companies because this was such a large window to replace. We wanted to be sure we went with the right one, and we would make this decision 10 times over. Our window is beautiful and gave the front of our house a facelift and our living room a new breath of life with a beautiful bright interior.
