Earlier last year, I had this company replace the glass in my patio door. On the positive side, they were easy to get a quote from, were affordable, came when they said they would, and were professional.

We had an issue after installation where the screen door wasn't sliding well at all. We had tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't get it. The company reached out and within a few days we had an appointment, and within 10 minutes everything was fixed.

This company obviously cares about their work and wants to make it right when there's a problem. I appreciate that.

Burlington Glass & Mirror is another fantastic local business find for me and a business I would recommend without hesitation. Had a small glass cut job involving the door of an antique clock. Craft and Hardware stores were polite but are only capable of making straight cuts with glass. I was hesitant calling Burlington Glass & Mirror thinking that they only handled big jobs and mine would be an inconvenience. I could not have been more wrong. Brenda, Natasha, and Lee are wonderful to work with and turned this around in a day and a very reasonable price. Lee even did a few extra things to improve the fit of the new cut. Amazing! Will be heading back soon with a pile of broken picture frames.
