I'm not sure how they have strong reviews to be honest as we've had a pretty terrible experience with this company. We had our windows and doors replaced at the end of 2021. Lots of delays dude to Covid etc. and they had to come back multiple times due to missing windows and bad work with the vinyl. Last year the interior glass on one of our south facing windows cracked. It's the inside panel so not our fault. We called to find out that they don't warranty the glass. If you're asking yourself shouldn't they warranty the glass...don't most places warranty the glass? The answer is yes - most places do warranty the glass. But not Ecoline. Additionally, our sales person Joel Notaes told us that they have accidental breakage warranty for each window one time. It's one of the reasons that we went with the company. Turns out - that's not a thing. And the customer 'dis'service was so rudely willing to point that out. Seriously - call the customer service line and pretend you have an issue and see how you are treated. You will run the other way. Like typical sales people they make big promises to make the sale and then give you nothing when you need them to stand by their product!

We did 19 windows and both doors with Ecoline. The Project Manager had some great recommendations when selecting our windows (sometimes it was hard to visualize what the options would look like.) The installers have been punctual, respectful, and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. Everything has gone exactly to plan, and we were very happy with the pricing. We went with triple pane and the price was below what we were expecting. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience.

Slava and Alex installed our new bow window. They where very pleasentto deal with and explained all the steps in great detail. When job was complete, the proffesionaly cleaned there work.

The entire process of replacing 19 windows in our home was very seamless from start to finish with Ecoline.
Our project manager Mo Saidi was very helpful in the entire process, he was able to provide us with a quote for the windows the same day he came in for our consultation.
He was able to help us with everything along the way and was very communicative during and after the installation.

There was a team of 3 guys that did our install, their work ethic shows immensely, as they completed installing all 19 windows in one day. The following day they completed all the finishing work, such as installing the trim, patching and re-painting any stucco that was chipped or damaged from ripping out the old windows, and weather proofing the windows with silicon on the outsides. Thank you to Anatoly and his team for such attention to detail and showing pride in the finished work. They even took all the old windows, and any debris from the construction the night they finished, they even went as far as vacuuming and cleaning the windows afterwards. The only thing we are left to do is the paint work, which is amazing!

After the install, there has been a noticable difference in the warmth of our home this summer. Our old windows would heat up our house like crazy during the hot spells, but with the new install we notice that our house is not as warm. We can't wait to see how they do in the winter.

I reached out via email a week ago but have not received a response. There are several issues we've had with this company. The installation was quick, but the completion of the job was extremely sloppy. First, they left a lot of garbage in our backyard, including foam, nails, and tape. Luckily, I double checked since we have dogs and this was definitely not the standard of quality we were expecting.

Second, the sliding windows make a screeching noise each time we use them. It feels like the installation was poorly done. Visible and uneven gaps at the mitered corners of the window trim, poor caulking and finishing along the edges, and inconsistent alignment and fitting of the trim pieces

I initially brought up my concerns about the gaps in the frames during the installation process. However, they just painted over it with white paint. Now, four months later, the paint is coming off, showing the visibly poor job done. I have attached photos of windows installed by Ecoline, where you can clearly see the difference in quality. I have used a different window company in the past, and their installation was extremely great and cleanly done. I would not recommend Ecoline to others, as communication is nonexistent and the installers did not seem to have the skills of a professional.
