Shawn helped at the front-end with product selection and initial quotation. Very professional and helpful. Ty was prime for coordinating installation. His team, who completed the install, worked efficiently and did excellent work, keeping me informed in the process. We had several window installers come to our home including Lux Windows. We were happy with what we heard from most of them. But the confidence and information we gathered from Suzanne, and our visit to the showroom made our decision for us. The organization, the confidence, everything ran as smooth as they promised, which is amazing. Niko and his partner were fantastic. They were so great at their trade, and they were swift, efficient, tidy and extremely polite and respectful. Top notch job team, thank you so much for everything.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new Lux front door! And everyone that we worked with at Lux made the process so easy and fun. Blair, Trevor and Karman were very patient with us while we went through our different options, helping guide us through the showroom and answering questions over email. Blair checked in regularly with us and helped us land on our final decision, clearly letting us know what to expect and making great suggestions to customize the door just how we wanted it. Josh and Erin made the scheduling for the install easy, and Jaba and his install team were amazing on the day of. They were careful and efficient, working through winter conditions with ease!
