----Updated with blind install----After a long wait, we finally received our blinds for our windows. The blinds were installed just before Christmas. Andrii did a fantastic job. He arrived on schedule. He carefully setup a work area and verified all colours and size for each window and planned his work. He work meticulously through each window and completed the install in half a day. Andrii was very courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thanks for a job well done.I was looking to replace my windows and take advantage of the Canada Greener Home program. Someone recommended Permanent Windows Solution for the quality of the product. I contacted 3 windows vendors as possible options. I was quite impressed with the quality of the Rehau products offered at Permanent Windows Solutions. The windows tilt and turn system is quite robust and easy to use. The tilt and turn system felt a lot sturdier than North American windows system. The pricing was competitive with other windows companies. We were also impressed by the design and quality of the door. The doors are very sturdy and the closing mechanism ensures proper sealing.Our windows were installed early May. The installers did a fantastic job. They work very meticulously. They replaced all windows, which were all dry wall return. The new windows were installed with minimal impact on the interior finishing of the window. The drywall stayed 100% intact. All I need is some paint touch up to cover the edges where the old plastic trim was. Very clean job.The job was completed according to plan. Brenda came to see the finished work and ensure we were 100% satisfied with the job. We were quite pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Permanent Windows Solution for the quality of the product and installation.
