Went in today on a whim to look at a small crack on my windshield. A gentleman named Mike helped me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted like I was a regular customer. It was my first time today going there. Great help, and the boys in the shop doing the work are nice too. I'd bring my business back there in a heartbeat! Thank you guys for your help. Greatly appreciated.
First time having a windshield replaced. The staff her were quick, super friendly. Did everything as they said and made sure I was informed of everything prior to the work starting. Would definitely go back, but hope I don't have to.
I recently had my windshield replaced here, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 employees. Their workmanship was immediately tested by high winds, rain and heavy snow and withstood all of it! The windshield was spotless, as were the rest of my windows as well. I would definitely recommend for any glass service!
This place is where great service and quality work come together. They fixed a stone chip on my windshield quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend them to everyone. Honestly, I have zero suggestions for improvement
They exceeded my expectations on how long the job would take,basically half the time. Where they failed in my evaluation was on CSR. We called Friday to setup an appointment for Monday and was told that they would return our call within 48 hours. To book an appointment you do it on lineThey confirmed Monday's appointment on Sunday afternoon.When I got there , I was not greeted snd was very little interaction.I asked for a quote on the windshield fir my other vehicle and rambled off some numbers.Prior to going there , I called Apple auto glass who answered the phone and gave me a quote and told me when the available times are.Where will I get my windshield replaced? At a company who believes in personal interaction.
