Recent reviews highlight helpful consultations, clear communication, and installers who stay on schedule. Many homeowners note good-looking results and value compared with larger advertisers. A smaller number of older reviews mention installation touch-ups that required follow-up, but customer communication was described as responsive. Overall sentiment is strongly positive.
Fadely Home Design replaced my 1980’s windows recently and they did a fantastic job! Pat, the installer, kept us informed of his plan and completed our job in just 3 days. The windows are good quality and look great. I highly recommend Fadely as I’ve had a lot of problems with different contractors in the Geist area. Highly recommend!!
Chris Pasa from Fadely Design installed all new windows in sunblest Farms, Fishers, Indiana. Okna windows which were fantastic, and I have had no issues. Chris is direct, honest, and delivers. Installation was fast and efficient. Price was fair and reasonable, and much less in price than the big tv window advertisers. Chris has my highest recommendation.
We had a great experience with Fadely Home Design. Chris was amazing to work with. He answered my questions and always steered me in the right direction with my choices. I absolutely love our new windows and doors. They are beautiful!! The installers were fantastic and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend Fadely Home Designs when you need to replace your doors and windows.
Chris Pasa has been our contact and he has been very responsive to our issues. There has been multiple installation damaged areas on interior and missed caulking on exterior that resulted in damaged sub flooring/mold that we found during a remodel. I do like the windows, which due to Covid took months to get the windows. The customer service from Chris and the owner has been good. But the quality of installation isn’t good. I am sure they use subcontractors as the guys that did ours had their own trailer they hauled things in that wasn’t a Fadely trailer. I hope they don’t use this crew to install anymore as the work is not to the standard I would expect for a company that specializes in window sales and installation.
**Updated**: Wanted to update this review now that Fadely has responded. I was a bit disappointed with the response, because I wouldn't say the job was finished to our satisfaction. Sometimes when there's issue after issue you tend to stop reporting them and in this case. That's what happened. I also wanted to add images that showed the wear on the windows. When we asked, because we thought it was strange how dirty they were. We were told to just use mineral spirits to clean them and everything would come right off (note: this shouldn't be the customers responsibility. When new Windows get installed. They in fact should look new. So if they're "dirty" the installer should take the time to wipe them down well.). When we finally got around to doing that, we realized that there were more scratches and not just dirt. Unfortunately, I don't believe that the windows were still in their packaging until onsite.**Updated**We really liked the idea of using a local company when we were looking to get new Windows. First impression was great. The in-home sales process was far better when comparing the usual suspects that typically want to sit in your house for anywhere from 90 minutes to 2+ hours. 25 minutes Chris had what he needed to get us moving forward. However, once the windows came in the issues started to appear. We had several windows damaged, which then required replacement parts and windows that needed to be ordered and waited for. While there were no additional costs incurred. We noticed that the windows were extremely dirty and as we cleaned. We found that in most cases there were scratches we didn't notice for months after being installed.Part of the issue is the windows were not wrapped when brought onsite to be installed, which makes me think they could have been damaged during transit.Overall, those we interacted with through Fadely were generally positive, but the product itself has left a lot to be desired. Which is disappointing, because Windows in general are not cheap.
