Picking out windows and doors is one of those major home building decisions that is critical to a successful build. I’ve worked with a number of different vendors, but was most impressed by Tim, Mike, and the rest of the Windows and Door Pros team. They really are quintessential professionals. From the very start, they listened and provided extremely good guidance as to quality and value. Tim, in particular, worked endlessly to ensure that our design suggestions and modifications were met with the highest quality that met our budget. We may have exceeded it at times, but our result is nothing short of extraordinary. I honestly feel that our final product could stand up against some projects that might have cost 2x as much. I’ll also add that Tim’s relationship with his vendors really helped us to get an extremely high-quality product at a reasonable price. His vendors are fantastic. We could not be happier with our new home and would recommend Windows and Door Pros to anyone looking for a new build or remodel. In my opinion, you cannot do better.

Window & Door Pros did an excellent job with our front door replacement project. Tim Ferrier guided us through our options and helped us make an educated decision on the manufacturer for our custom front door as well as the choice of hardware. Tim continued to follow up diligently with the installation, finishing, and fine tuning of our door and was a pleasure to work with. WDP’s installer, Jeff Caudle, was outstanding and is the best in the business. WDP’s painter Larry Mayberry was superb, an artist in our home, loves jazz, and was committed to excellence in his multi-coat finishing process for our door. Fine art takes time so patience is the key if you want a masterpiece, which we now have. Kyle Wilkes was a master at his trade, coming in as needed for the fine tuning of the installation so everything was, and remains, lined up and functioning properly. Everyone from WDP had a smile on their faces while putting up with our over the top attention to detail and pursuit of excellence. This new door delivers a needed upgrade to our home. Mike Howell has really assembled an A team at WDP. Thanks WDP!

We were in the market for a new front door, kitchen door and patio sliders. We went to all major retailers as well as had sales reps from Marvin Windows & Doors, Pella and Anderson come to our home to give us estimates. Their prices were all over the place as was the quality of their products. Wanting to spend our money with a local business, we decided to stop in at Window & Door Pros on Hawthorne Lane. From the moment we walked in Tim Ferrier gave us his undivided attention. He asked us about our project and went straight to work. From coming to our home to measure our door space to helping us choose their in-house hardware and paint color….no details were left out.
Result: Gorgeous new doors adorning our home! Excellent quality and affordable prices.

Mike Howell came in and understood our vision and was ready to collaborate on how the new space could come together.

He hooked us up with two sets of French doors which really enhances the personality of the new room.

Found this place on an internet search and I decided to check them out because they carried more than one brand so I had more options. We did show up unannounced and we should have had an appointment. Not sure if that was "covid protocol" but we totally understood. They did chat with us however and made an appointment for them to come to the house. Long wait for the doors but I expected that these days but once they were in the warehouse it was just a week before they were at our house installing them. They did a great job and they were very neat and cleaned up well when they left. The painter came at a later date and stained and painted the doors. We had 4 doors installed so the painting did take all day and they had to come back for the 4th door. All good in the end and we would recommend. I liked the fact that their price included everything....install, hardware, painting, etc. They had plenty of hardware choices too. Tim was really quick to respond to any inquiries that I made during the process.
