As an Office Manager, I'm very accustomed to calling for services that are needed and I have to tell you, Glass Masters was extremely helpful with just the first call! Then they came out the very next day! Gave us some advice on the first issue, and when we asked about another that wasn't even part of the original request, there was no hesitation in helping us out. This company is extremely professional, helpful and very prompt!

I’m pretty pleased overall with the look of my new windows and the installer, however Im wondering why no tarps or drop cloths were used, as I’ve been cleaning up quite a bit of debris, especially outside my house. I’ve found large chunks of old storm window glass which is really thick, along with large nails and screws strewn everywhere. I do mow this area, so it could be an issue. Other than that I love my new windows. Thank you!!
