I am so impressed with Best Value Glass. The team replaced a couple of windows and repaired a few others. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. And they left my condo spotless. I will use them for all of my glass needs. They truly did a great job.

Company should have been named IDIOTS with GLASS!!! Left a mess of plaster all over the cars parked underneath (building parking lot) no tarp, no cover or any precaution!!! Once contacted the company Pedro has zero accountability... you are just better off hiring anybody else! What a joke!
I normally don’t post negative reviews, this would actually be my first. I’ve been trying to get an estimate from this shop for custom windows, since 4/6, a little over a month by now. Nobody would respond to my emails and my calls would fall through the cracks since nobody would call me back at first. Eventually they sent someone out to take measurements. That was on 4/28. I have been following up since to get my estimate, well someone texted me today to let me know a guy was on his way to my home to take measurements. They gave me a 20 minute notice, mind you I’m not home. They apparently lost the measurements they took on 4/28. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor. Today is 5/10. I will be finding a new vendor.
