Herb, the salesman could never seem to make it to my house to consult about the job I needed to have done. Vaguely gave me a quote over the phone and when I asked him to send me an itemized bid. I never received it. He then sent me a text asking me if I was ready to order windows. By then I had already selected another company. His response was to send me a meme indicating that I had gone with someone cheaper and would get lousy results. Very unprofessional. They might do good work but the salesman is a jerk.

Excellent company with equally excellent installers! On time, professional, outstanding product and a work crew of 2 men who were efficient, quick, and skilled. My old windows were 50 years old and the glass in the windows was about as thick as a slice of cheese on a sandwich. I hunkered down in a windowless interior room during our thunderstorms because the old windows rattled so bad that I couldn't trust they wouldn't shatter in a wind gust. I now have triple pane high impact windows, and I'm looking forward to the rain and the wind, because I will finally feel safe in my own home. If you need windows, this company will take good care of you. Praises to their installation crew!
