Herb, the salesman could never seem to make it to my house to consult about the job I needed to have done. Vaguely gave me a quote over the phone and when I asked him to send me an itemized bid. I never received it. He then sent me a text asking me if I was ready to order windows. By then I had already selected another company. His response was to send me a meme indicating that I had gone with someone cheaper and would get lousy results. Very unprofessional. They might do good work but the salesman is a jerk.
