Big shout out and thank you to Cassie and the entire team at this ACME Glass location! I originally replaced my windshield at the end of June. I made an appointment a few days in advance, and they got me in at my scheduled time and out before sooner than they quoted. Great work! But wouldn't you know it, just a few weeks later I got a chip from a rock on Highway 6, and she remembered me and my vehicle and was able to get me in the same day to repair the chip for FREE! She was also incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and went the extra mile to try to help me figure out a separate issue that they weren't able to fix (manufacturer defect) but pointed me in the right direction. They are local, family-owned, and are now my go-to auto glass shop. 10/10. Though I hope to not be back soon, I cannot recommend them enough!!
We’ve always used ACME because they are a good honest business. They are fast and efficient but do not compromise quality to do so. Went by for a windshield check on our son’s recently acquired used truck and they saved us a lot of money and hassle by taking time out of there busy day to quickly inspect it. It was a 5 minute fix in the parking lot. They could have told us we needed the windshield re-installed or a number of other things and we wouldn’t have know otherwise but they didn’t. They didn’t make any money off us today but they reminded us why we continue to trust them and give them all our business.
Edgar @ Hobby Lobby recommended ACME so I drove about 4 minutes down the road to get some replacement glass for my ancient Aggie Bonfire 1973 replacement glass. It was a large irregular poster size. Ms Cassie and sidekick had it done i about 10 minutes. Even carried it to the car. Got home and it fit perfectly. Many thanks grady
My windshield cracked all the way across during the freeze last week and so I filed an online claim with my insurance. I tried to research a good glass company in College Station and called Acme Glass. Cassie answered and she was the most Knowledgeable and helpful out of all the other glass companies in College Station. They installed my new windshield quickly and did a quality job. Very happy!
I had a great experience with ACME Glass! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, and I was in and out of the shop in about an hour. Quality customer service and a comfy waiting area! The windshield on the truck looks great and it came at a cost well below what I expected. I also spotted a few mirrors in the shop that would look good in the house. I would definitely use their services again and will recommend to family and friends.-James
