Extremely Disappointed with This CompanyI placed an order for windows back in June, and we’re only just now receiving them—months later. To make matters worse, the windows arrived in the wrong size and couldn’t even be installed. The customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Calls are answered with a poor attitude, and getting a response to emails feels like pulling teeth. Even the owner, Brad, hasn’t responded despite multiple attempts to reach out. I do not recommend this company based on my experience.
Enercon installed our new windows on August 11, 2025. Zack, Gabriel, Jesse and Samuel were the installers. They were very knowledgeable, polite and very courteous. They did such a beautiful job. They took old windows off, installed each new window. They hauled off old windows, all the wood that was taken off. Very considerate on everything they did. I would very highly recommend this crew for the replacement of your old windows. Remember Enercon, Brad Beard and this crew of guys.Roberta and Tom Stewart
I just wanted to leave a review for the great service that Enercon windows provided. They were very efficient and worked very hard in installing them. I really appreciate that they were working hard to do a great job. They cleaned up each window and hung my blinds back up.
Enercon replace all of our 25 year old windows in our house. After requesting a few quotes for the work we decided on Enercon. Their quote was the most cost effective for the window quality. The installation was not as messy as I was expecting. The installers were quick and efficient in their work and cleaned up their work areas when finished with a section. They were mindful to protect the furniture and wood floors. They were polite and listened to my concerns and tried to work around them. They were patient as I moved my dogs and cats around based on where they were working. It took a bit longer to complete the job due to caulking concerns as a result of cold temperatures. That was certainly no fault of theirs. Overall we were really pleased with the work and attitude of the installers.
Enercon did a fantastic job with all of my windows. 13 windows done in a single day. Zach, Robert and Emanuel did a top-notch job and were friendly and polite. I was especially impressed with the clean up and attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone needing windows.
