COMO Premium Exteriors replaced a wooden-framed, double-hung window in our bathroom with a custom-sized single picture window with a vinyl surround, which is much more appropriate for a bathroom location. They did a great job discussing options, providing estimates in terms of timeframe and cost, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, so we always know what stage our project was at (and gave us a portal to check on status at our leisure), and then actually doing the work. It took about 4-5 hours to install, including work on the exterior, which required them to replace and match some of our siding. Workmanship was excellent, and the crew that came out to do the work was professional, courteous, and great with our pets (who kept stealing their gloves). I really appreciate the online portal for communication, estimates, billing, timing, etc., because it meant that I didn't have to keep calling or emailing to check on status. Everything was simple and straightforward. Would definitely hire again for exterior and window work!
