A couple months ago, took an old window frame in just needed one small repair. The lady that was supposed to be working on it. claimed she had bigger projects. So we were shoved in the back pretty much when I asked her, how much longer it was going to be? She said, maybe a month or two that is way too long.for A small piece that needed to be repaired. So at this point we would have been looking at 4 months just for 1 repair you all should hire more people that specialize in that department.If she is so backed up
