Great service and fair price . Installer was exceptional . Dylan was a hard worker and explained the whole process clearly to both myself and my wife. I will request him again when I finish the remodel .

First off. This score does not reflect the quility of the product.We ordered our 17 windows and 2 storm doors on June 9th, 2025.The Install was schedualed for July 28, 2025.The Columbia office called about 2 weeks prior. They tell all windows are in and ready for install. Except the hardware for the doors has not showed up. They thought the parts would arrive prior to install date so we kept the date. The date of install. Installers showed up around 9:30 am and went right to work.They then brought to my attention the hardware for the doors had not arrived and would have to return for the door portion of the install. The install went smoothly and the installers did a wonderful job. Upon inspecting the windows I found a small cut or damage to one screen. I brought it to the installers attention and he said they can replace it when they return with the doors. I found that satisfactory. They returned in late Augest to install the doors and I asked about the screen. Installer said it had not yet arrived and they would have to return to replace.He then brought to my attention that 1 door was dammaged and would need replaced.He finished his install and made the home office aware of the cercumstances that had been discovered, in relation to the door damage. Okay, this is where the two star raiting comes in....It's Friday Oct 16 around noon. I get a call from the Pella rep to inform, my replacement door was sent to the wrong location,,,, Did'nt know where it was sent and they ordered a replacement for the replacement. I ask about the screen and he says it was ordered and has not arrived at there office yet.Pella, Colombia, Mo. Please get your act togeather and finish this job. You would think for $43k you would bend over trying to satisify a PAID customer.The screen damage didn't show up very well in the picture.
Ben was very helpful and friendly. He took measurements and explained what Pella could do for us. Ben covered the cost and carefully answered all of our questions. There was no pressure tactics and we told Ben that we would make a decision and let him know.
I must say that my expectations were high after the salesman explained the product and the installation procedures. The install was great. I had a two man team, Kyle and Dylan, but they worked like a four man team. What was scheduled for 4 days they accomplished in 3. The cleanup was great, and the windows looked fantastic
