We replaced 6 windows. Joel was not pushy but very knowledgeable and helpful. Communication was great. Installation went well. I believe our installer was Terry who did a great job. We are very pleased with our windows and the service we received.
Windows are great but they Left damage to my window frame and never came back to fix it. Front window was missing-measured so had to be reordered and installed at a later date.
Window World recently replaced two windows that had broken seals, as well as changing two exterior doors. The salesman was not pushy when he visited our home to give us a quote; he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to meet our needs. The Window World quote was very similar to another local company in price and options available. We went with Window World because the warranty was far better than what the other company offered. Our installation date ended up being on the early end of the time frame given. The install team was efficient - they arrived shortly after 9am and were done at about 2pm. They cleaned up relatively well, though we did find some debris in the yard after they were gone (nothing major). It's been a few weeks since install, and we are very happy with the results. We will use Window World again when we need to replace additional windows.
Window World sells a good quality product. They have a great guarantee.The only dig would be that they use subcontractors to do the install and it is a roll of the dice who you will get
