Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. It all started with a rock hitting and cracking our kitchen window several years ago. We never thought about replacing just the pane of glass involved until we read the advertisement for the glass doctor. After a call to customer service, and having a technician come out and give us a quote we decided to give them a try. To remove the window from our vinyl siding would have been extremely difficult, time consuming and perhaps costly. With the glass doctor, they ordered the pan of glass we needed, and when it arrived, installed it in a matter of 10 minutes. The window looks brand new and the technician was thorough in his installation. We will definitely use the glass doctor again in the future.
