Got my windows installed in Columbia, SC last year. Lovely windows! Good customer service during the process. Needed some help with my one-year-old windows this week. Customer service happened within two hours of my notifying the office, and the problem is fixed. Would definitely go with this company again!

Review must be taken at the end or completions of task, that is, putting new roof and constructing a patio at back of the home. But I found Mr. Frank Harmstad highly professional and courteous man, that’s what I can write at this moment.
My review will have value if I will say something at accomplishment of the assignment, when roof and patio job will be done. Thus it’s appropriate to ask for review.

I want to sincerely thank Stancel (Sales Manager), Frank (General Manager), and the entire work crew from Southern Industries Home Improvements for the professional and honest job they did for me. I had mold caused by water damage in the front garage area beneath my roof, and they handled everything with great care and expertise. They removed the damaged material, replaced it with new wood, and installed new siding, garage trim, and gutters.
The quality of their work and their integrity throughout the process truly stood out. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable service.

They replaced my garden tub with a standalone shower, and it turned out great. The consultant in particular did a great job in helping my wife and I select the color scheme that complemented our bathroom best. The installers did a great job as well. My only constructive criticism is the communication after the contract was signed could have been a little bit better, but it is not enough for me to deter anybody.

Mike stopped by to go over shower remodeling options and did a great job explaining everything. He was friendly, patient, and very informative. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. Definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re exploring remodeling options.
