Recent reviews often praise efficient, same-day bathroom updates and careful cleanup. Customers mention courteous installers who communicate well and stay on schedule. Some feedback points to strong workmanship on doors and showers, though a few reviews note gaps in sales follow-up on options and post-installation issues.
Gary and Lennox did a wonderful job installing my front door and storm door. They were professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The doors look amazing, and they made sure everything was installed perfectly and cleaned up afterward. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate their hard work. Thank you, West Shore Home.
Thomas and Jabari were very professional and the job they did was amazing. We were glad to get rid of the fiberglass shower and the new one looks like it belongs. I definitely want them on any future jobs I have done.
Kolby and Jabari from Westshore did a great job, worked none stop for 12hr to get the job done...is it a Italian porcelain shower? NO but most contractor quoted 7 to 20 days to do a tub to walk in shower remodel..My wife loves it and is Very Pleased....
As for the sales guy, 3?*Did not explain all my options*Did not mention any of the discounts*Knew I need the full remodel, and didn't explain the availability of those services*No return call to discuss adding services after many messages were leftAs far as the installers, 5? for the installation; 1? for the follow-up on collateral damages. I'm trying to update my home, not need a new contractor to fix what old contractors messed up.*Warped the bottom of my bathroom door frame, and it won't close. It was literally the only door I did not need to fix in this house.*Significantly lowered my water pressure to a misty spit that barely rinses off soap*Left nails and wood debris in my front yard (probably unintentional, but it happened)*No follow-up, or return call after several messages left. I still have their phone charger they left in my bathroom outlet. The only person I'm able to speak with on a regular basis is the receptionist that answers the phone, who promises she left messages for both the salesperson and installers to contact me. I kept in mind that maybe they have a family, it's close to the weekend, it's also the holidays, and the kids are out of school for a couple of weeks. But after waiting over 10 days for return call, I expected a little courtesy for the amount of money I paid for just a tub. I hope I never need the warranty, especially considering how flimsy the fixtures feel. I also need the bottom of the tub sealed. I expected so much from them considering they are the only contractors that actually showed up for the job. No one in the neighborhood had a complaint that seemed drastic, so I gave them a shot. No one takes pride in their work anymore I guess. The County inspector comes out this week for the final follow-up. Maybe they can tell me what the installers did to my door. As for the remainder of the remodel, I guess it's YouTube videos for me to do it myself. Seems way better than chasing these companies down.
I would like to sincerely thank Jason and crew for the wonderful remodeling of my bathroom. I absolutely love it. I had the shower & tub replaced while adding the glass doors. The vanity was replaced with a beautiful espresso vanity as well as espresso flooring. They were very professional, arrived on time, and did a thorough cleaning each day. I will definitely use them again!
