While our project started out a little rough, Mike and Eric swiftly handled the situation and made accommodations to make everyting right. We had an excellent experience with Lasting Impressions Home Solutions. Michael started off on the right foot by coming out for an estimate very quick and being punctual. His estimate was very detailed and priced fairly so we decided to move forward. During the (approximately) 2 week job Michael was in constant communication with updates and making sure we were satisfied. The Lasting Impressions crew was experienced and it showed. Their quality of work blew us away. Michael made suggestions I had not even thought of that added to the overall quality of siding our house now has. During the project I was very impressed with the materials & techniques the crew used to wrap the fascia / soffit areas - so I asked if it was possible to expand the scope of the project to do the same to my shed. Michael quickly came back with a fair price to add in that work and it was done within a day or two. Any time an issue arose Michael went above & beyond to make it right and ensure our utmost satisfaction. Since the job was finished I have had multiple neighbors compliment our house and thank us for investing to help raise the overall look of the neighborhood. Our 1989 construction home now looks brand new thanks to the hard work and top-notch craftsmanship of Lasting Impressions Home Solutions.
