Universal Solutions

My family and I have had a long standing working relationship with Nico and Universal Solutions. His company has worked on several residential projects and one commercial project for us. Nico was referred to us by a family friend and we have been extremely pleased with the quality of his work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Nico also manages a great team of dedicated individuals (specifically notable of Edwin.) They are timely, organized, and keep the site clean but are also great at troubleshooting and seeking alternatives to complex issues and unexpected conditions. Nico ensures you are completely satisfied with the outcome of your project. It has been a pleasure to work with someone with such focus, integrity, and high standards. I will be using them for any future needs and highly recommend them based on our outstanding experience.

I cannot recommend Universal Solutions enough! They completely transformed my kitchen with a full renovation, and the results are beyond what I ever imagined. From the very beginning, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to understand my vision, offered creative design ideas, and guided me through every step of the process. The workmanship is absolutely top-notch—the finishes are flawless, the layout is practical yet beautiful, and everything was completed on time and within budget. What really stood out was their clear communication and commitment to making sure I was happy with every detail. Now, my kitchen isn’t just functional, it feels like the heart of my home. Friends and family can’t stop complimenting it! If you’re looking for a trustworthy company that delivers excellence, look no further than Universal Solutions.

We contracted with Universal Solutions to install flooring and windows in our older home. From the beginning to the end of the project Nico and his guys were great to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns with clear answers. He was great about keeping me informed during the project and they always cleaned up after each day. The windows turned out better than I expected and the floors are beautiful too! We have more to do, and I won’t hesitate to hire them again. Thank you!

We were privileged to have Universal Solutions renovate our dance studio. The workers were extremely professional and efficient! They were also super friendly, often working around our dancers and families, ensuring to clean up each day so that we could still operate during renovations. We were extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend!
