We had a wonderful experience with Vinyltek. We first met with Steve Finlayson at the office and he took the time to show us all the windows and explained all the differences. The sales rep. Mark Fyffe was a pleasure to work with. The installer, Shawn did a wonderful job with the installation. Excellent service, quality and product beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this company.

I have visited the Vinyltek showroom on June 2nd to inquire about specific options and possible resolutions for a particular window placement in the current new house construction. Despite not having an appointment with a consultant; I was greeted and taken care of with respect and interest. The representative has spend time to consider placement, options for opening, line of sight and window frame implications, accessibility over the counter (kitchen placement) and many other considerations that were excellent to discuss. She has shown all the options for balcony glass installations.Vinyltek customer service has been excellent and extremely thoughtful.I found the experience exceptional, and the company is a great option to consider for the upcoming purchase. (30 new windows, 3 patio doors, and 4 full wall balcony glass).
We have 2 sliding patio doors and 1 stacking door installed in our new build home located on the east coast beach front of Denman island. These doors performed very very poorly. During the winter storms they leaked extensively. We had water pooling on the floor. They also leaked the warm air out. We held a smoky stick of incense near the top of the door and the smoke was immediately sucked out of the doors. They cam on site several times to fix the problems to no avail. Their last repair visit was the worst. The repair job was incredibly sloppy. The doors still leak and are being taken out. I do not recommend this company at all.
