Windows are great but the customer service is absolute garbage! They damaged my drywall, didn't caulk one window and damaged my siding. I cannot get anyone to call me back! It has been a week of trying to talk to someone.Update:It took about 25 phone calls before I was able to talk to someone. No one in Colorado Springs, Denver, or the Corporate Office in Utah answers the phone or returns messages or texts. I had to call the office in Phoenix to get someone on the line, he finally gave me the number to the manager in Colorado Springs. It turns out he is the only person that I can talk to is in charge of Colorado and Utah, and they informed me that there is no one at the corporate office in Utah to talk to.This manager is the third person to be in charge of my account in less than a year, how am I supposed to be able to contact my rep if I have no idea who it is and they don't answer the office phone number?
I’ve had my windows from elite for about 6 months now. Since then I have had them I have had some of the worst customer communication, customer service, damage to my home upon install, and water intrusion due to poor installation.Let me preface by stating that I only did half of my home (thank god) because of finances. We tied up a lot of money in our windows on our home hoping for better temp cooling, ease of use, and replacing damaged windows. We had planned on using elite for the remainder of our home. Not after this and I would urge you do to the same.During install the crew was extremely messy causing carpets damage, interior wall damage, interior door damage (not near a window) as well as leaving saw blades that my toddler found lying in his toys in my garage. After raising my concerns about damage to furniture/walls/doors/shingles. Only half of my concerns were addressed a few days after. Three months after install. The water intrusion happened. The poor installation of these windows had massive gaps at the tops and bottoms of my brand new windows allowing rain into my home and pooling at the base of my windows and carpet.You can imagine my frustration when contacting the company to address the new issue and I get rude attitudes, excuses, and deflecting the blame. I was told there would be some sort of compensation and here I am again not getting responses.I have the benefit of the doubt to this newly expanded company intro Colorado. And it came to bite me in the rear end.No. I would not recommend elite windows to my worst enemy. And I will not be using Elite windows on the 60% remaining windows on my home.
We had all new windows installed on our house last week. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality and efficiency of all the windows. The Elite Team was very quick, efficient, and responded to our requests in a timely manner when following up on our windows order and installation day.
Windows just installed and they look great! The installation went quick without issue. The team showed up when planned and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great.The windows are exactly what we order and are so nice after getting rid of the cheap stuff our house was built with. They are robust and easy to use and the it’s so nice to have sliders that can open in either direction. The up and down windows being able to tilt out for easy cleaning is going to be so nice as well.No regrets on this upgrade in any way. Would definitely recommend Elite if you are considering new windows for your home.
Love our new windows! So much better insulation and less noise, not to mention that they're beautiful! Wonderful warranty too.The installers were really great, and the interaction with the company post-install has been wonderful too. Highly recommended!!
