Patio Doors were installed on 10/23/25 & didn't install screens due to being manufactured wrong. Needed replaced. Finally on 2/17/26 screen doors were to be installed. One was installed and one was damaged with a broken frame screen damaged and not installed. When installing the screen doors the installer found that installed door sills on both doors were wrong and needed replaced also. Now customer service stated that the door and sills needed to ordered and made again with delivery in 4-8 weeks. Very poor service. Should have been an expedited delivery in my opinion. Too bad wait your turn again. Great service.
My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.Champion Windows made an excellent decision by hiring Carlos. Thank you!
Champion Replacement Windows is five stars in all categories from salesman, customer service and installers. My wife and I are very satisfied and feel valued as customers after dealing with Champion. We have used Champion in the past for other projects and they are consistent in the quality of service that they provide. I highly recommend Champion Windows for your home improvement projects.
We had all of our windows replaced 18 months ago. The window installation was relatively straightforward and at the time of completion I was happy with our choice.However since then we've had to have several screens replaced because they just detached from the frame, and we are now trying to get hinges replaced on most of our windows because faulty hinges were installed. Champion has no-showed to two scheduled appointments, didn't send the correct number of technicians another time, and cancelled a 4th appointment same day. I've rearranged my schedule 4 separate times for this service to be completed and am now attempting to schedule for a 5th time. Customer service has not apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. Meanwhile, we haven't been able to use our windows for the last several months of warm weather for fear that the hinges will fail.Poor product, absolutely terrible customer service. Would never purchase from Champion again.EDIT: Called the number below, which is the same call center number that's scheduled every no show and wrong appointment so far. Was told that my notes showed all of the missed appointments and that "a manager was supposed to be calling back" with no resolution and no timeline of when I would hear from this manager.EDIT 2: After I called another time, someone at the local office finally called me back to schedule service. The technicians came out, told me that the hinges didn't need to be replaced (even though at a previous appointment, they said they did need to be replaced). This issue was technically resolved after about 3 months, 5 appointments and countless phone calls. My rating is unchanged.
When I signed the contract, I was very clear that the stairs were to be completely closed. The salesman failed to mark a box in the contract for additional skirting. The materials that were sent to the workers did not include enough for the skirting. When I spoke with a manager about this, his attitude was "you signed the contract and this is all you're getting." Someone from the sales department was supposed to contact me. He/she did not. In addition, one of the workers broke a ceiling fan globe. Again, no satisfaction from that either.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!Since this review, Champion reached out to me in order to address my concerns. They have rectified everything and I am now very happy with our new room. They did a great job.
