Got a mailer from Renewal by Andersen. Husband made appt. David Ables came and gave us quotes. Purchased. Installation in timeframe predicted was absolutely flawless. Beautiful work. Two men worked meticulously for 2-1:2 days - very professional and respectful of snow and tidied everything up before they left. My husband and I just got windows installed for the whole house, and we can already feel the house warming up! Our salesman, Matt, was super patient and informative when we asked all of our questions and selected our different window options. He also stopped by after the windows were installed to check on us.Our installer, Mike, and his team were super efficient, friendly and also cleaned up after themselves – inside and outdoors.
My windows were over 25 years old. On the first visit the windows were tested for vacuum leak and damage. I scheduled replacement of the worst ones. I had 2 large windows that were really bad! I had some rotten wood that they took care of, too! I chose an interest free financing option, which was great! Anderson measured exact sizing for each of the replacements. The installation crew was amazing and did precise work! I am very picky and their craftsmanship was excellent!! I will be replacing the rest of my windows and I will be using Anderson Replacement and the same installation crew!!! I’m adding a picture of my bay window. It’s not stained yet but still beautiful!
