This has been the smoothest, and least anxiety inducing home improvement I have EVER experienced!! The team at Safe and Sound are second to none, regardless if it the folks installing, acting as contractor, or those working with our insurance. The effort I had to put forth was minimal. Richard was always available to answer questions and provide updates making everything seem nice and easy (and because of him, it was!!!). I would recommend this company to ANYONE who will listen. I mean, let's be real...who wakes up and is like "Let's get a new roof today"...yeah no one, but after this experience I just might! Thank you Safe and Sound for leaving our home Safe and Sound.
Safe and Sound took time to answer all my questions about metal roofing versus asphalt shingles - going over all the pros and cons of each. There are many cons to a new roof, by the way! I will say that their quote was NOT the cheapest, but the knowledge and confidence that that inspires is worth something, too. You won't being going wrong by picking Safe and Sound - and we decided to go with new gutters/spouting at the same time to alleviate some runoff issues to further protect our home!
Richard and his team are great to work with. Richard is honest and trustworthy. Safe and Sound Roofing installed a brand new roof on a duplex I own. They did a great job and left with the area all cleaned up. I highly recommend!
Where do I even begin... Let's start with timeliness, from the date of on-site inspection, through the completion of work the good folks at Safe & Sound Remodeling were on time, in fact early. This demonstrated commitment to their craft. Then, there was the actual work. There aren't enough characters allowed for me to describe my satisfaction with the actual work. What I can say, is that they took what I had come to conclude was a deal breaker in my home purchase process and transformed it into a beautiful brand new roof, gutters and soffit all the way around! Safe & Sound Remodeling took on the challenge like it was light work, completed in 2 business days! Now, lets talk about the crew... they were kind, professional and worked HARD. Finally, the main man, Richard. I don't know that I've met a more honest, realistic, down to earth contractor. Then I found out he was the actual Owner, and not just a contractor. Let me tell you, Richard was there every step of the way running a tight ship. Google honestly should offer a 5 + rating for Exceptional Service.
