Ordered our front 3 windows April 11 from sales guy ‘Rich’ were told 4-6 weeks at the most. Month later no call from them texted Rich , no response finally had to call the office they saw no order etc would call back 3 days later we had to call them mot sure rtc but these ar “special size windows blah blah on order., this is now at12 weeks. Again had to call as they were to be inspected first then will call for install, no call … called yesterday again they have not been even made , unbelievable! We are no been told as soon as they are in will call dor install most likely end of July! We have kitchen and flooring renovations scheduled for july as these were suppost to have been completed long before! I have nothing good to say about this company based on the lack of follow up , no onformation being given unless we are chasing them , unacceptable to say the least. Should I be concerned with the way in which they install now? Waiting now again to see if they will actually contact us if and when they are even ready. Unprofessional, terrible service , will see while we wait Would never refer this company to anyone based on the poor experience ! Finally installed 15 weeks after conversation from them for an actual date , what about compensation for the total inconvenience caused by our renovations inital time frame, lets get the install date and we can discuss after what we can do says Jobida. Again no follow up call just an invoice of balance owed Waiting waiting… Rich the ‘sales guy’’, who does not answer any of our calls or text messages calls to request the payment . We dropped the ball we know says Rich, states so maybe a $100 canadian tire gift card ? What a joke!! He finds the time to call when the balance is due but thats all, Husband leaves a message at the office to speak with Jovida and or Samara, no call back however husband gets a text from a David K for a virtual appointment waiting waiting between 1-2pm and never heard a thing. This company and their lack of professionalism is appauling to say the least We have the remainder of our house to do window replacement and would NEVER recommend this company at all!!! Find a company who cares and communicates and does not lie!!!

We had an amazing experience with Green Fox Windows & Doors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors. From day one, their service was incredible. Every member of their team — from the sales reps and project managers to the installation crew — was knowledgeable, professional, and truly committed to doing the job right. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. When we replaced our back door, we discovered that the entire frame was rotted. Their install team went above and beyond by repairing it at no additional cost to us. That level of integrity and service really stood out. Their customer service is exceptional. As a woman, I’m often nervous about having tradespeople in my home, but every single member of their team was respectful, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I never once felt pressured or uneasy. We also had to reschedule at one point, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding. If you’re considering new windows or doors, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green Fox. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Had three new doors installed. The frame in our house had shifted and the installer Vadim spent hours ensuring the door was properly installed and leveled. The cold winter draft we were experiencing have been eliminated. Very happy with the companies materials and workmanship. Their payment process could use some improvement. In order to avoid a service charge when using your credit card you have to pay 24 hours in advance, prior to the work being done. We almost paid three weeks early as cold weather resulted in the job being cancelled late in the day. You should be able to pay using a credit card without a service charge, after the work is completed to your satisfaction

Vlad and Max (installation team) …. Had Green fox windows in to replace three lower windows in our bi-level home after family room was recently renovated the company did an excellent job, beautifully crafted windows…Excellent installation team, polite, friendly, provided clean work area, explained everything ……demonstrated screen removal, window opening great looking windows …very happy with service!! Would definitely have them back for other replacement windows as needed …did a great job!!!

We reached out to Greenfox for a quote on windows and doors. Serge visited our house bringing sample products and walking through their process, doing an excellent job of making us confident in the correct decisions and advising us on window styles and options that we were ultimately glad we chose. Follow-up by Serge has been exceptional. The installation measurements were all correct and the installation crew, Andreii did a very well finished and professional installation job. We are very impressed with the "commercial" grade product we recieved from Greenfox.
