We had an excellent experience with HomeTech. Our salesperson, Andrei, was generous with his time and knowledge, and came equipped to assist us in making decisions. We appreciated his patience and easy nature. We felt very comfortable having him in our home, our finances felt valued, and we were able to make a decision without pressure.We had a secondary excellent experience with Andrii the installer, who arrived on time and ready to work. He had an additional assistant with him - both he and his assistant were incredibly respectful and polite in our home. I felt very comfortable being there with them. The noise from the installation was minimal, they were both quiet and kind to me, and I was able to work uninterrupted. It was a joy to leave them some snacks, because at every interaction, they were much closer to finished than I expected them to be.At any moment of indecision, Andrii checked in with me, educated me, and asked my thoughts. I felt confident that his recommendations were sound and opted for them. The work was done within a day, and has been excellent since.
