We had a custom screen fabricated for a garden door by Reflect. The initial install on the screen was loose and it fell out within a few months. After a bit of discussion, Reflect honoured the warranty and improved the installation. Now the screen doesn’t budge and we aren’t worried about our pets getting out!

I contacted Reflect Window and Door for assistance on the purchase of the correct door pull for my Kawneer commercial door (PART # CH-427) and Theresa was extremely patient and kind and led me to the correct product. Great customer service.
