For my custom size windows, I got them in 3-4 weeks. They’re good quality and even better prices! Everywhere else quoted me 2-3 times more and 6-12 weeks. Happy to refer them to my friends and family. Alberto really took care of us.
March 2021 we had P-Tek install new Patio sliding doors. From the beginning they have been quite the difficult ordeal. First time it rained after the installation, our patio flooded. After contacting them they finally showed up and “fixed” it. Additionally, from the get go the screen doors were difficult to open and close properly. We reached out to Humberto many, many times about 2-3 months ago, finally got a hold of him and he came by and said he would order new doors and he would take care of everything. He told us it would take about 2 weeks for the new doors to arrive. We’ve tried contacting him to no avail. He doesn’t answer any of our calls. We called the office and spoke to The manager and he said he had no idea what was going on and promised to get back to us once he found out. We are still waiting for a response from anyone at P-Tek. They were quick to charge when we wanted the doors installed but now we can’t even get a phone call answered.
I hired them to do work on my doors they were placed incorrectly and the door will not close correctly. They offer you warrantee they will not honor. The sales person goes on about how they are guaranteed for life from manufacture defects but again they are not honored they will fight you on it for as long as possible. Promises were made about the doors being replaced but were never kept. Do not do bussiness with them. These "good" reviews just seem to be family members. Do not trust this shady behavior.
