I ordered three windows and also agreed to their installation service. We scheduled the installation for one week later, but at the last minute, they told me the installer’s car had broken down. I was understanding and rescheduled for the following week. However, unbelievably, the same excuse — the “broken car” — came up again at the last minute.Instead of arguing, I decided to just have the windows delivered without installation. When the delivery arrived, I was shocked to see that they used the very same car they claimed was broken! They wasted more than 15 days of my time for no reason.This company is absolutely unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.
