Horrible service . Was told a price and had everything ordered , next day they tried to charge me another $250 dollars n top ofThe $290 that I was charged for replacing my window and when I refused the service they kept $60 off my $290 I payed smh … will not recommend to anyone : total waste of my time and money
Guy did an awesome job! Some juveniles broke my window. Ordered the glass, and it arrived exactly when he said it would and fixed it in the exact time quoted. Great job!!!
Went to have locks on the window repaired. 6 hours later I come to pick up my window. They asked me to wait 30 minutes more. An hour later they bring me the window with the locks still broken and new glass. The glass never needed replacing just the locks needed repairs. They refused to acknowledge they messed up and charged for the glass replacement. I've been here before and the service was much better maybe this was a one off bad day hence 2 stars.
