I called Leal Glass & Mirror Co. yesterday and they were closed for the holidays, but Felix reached out to me the same day from his personal cell phone. I explained my situation—a single-pane window broken in my front door—and even though I was completely willing to wait until they were back from their break, Felix went above and beyond and said he would ask his team to take care of it either that day or the next.He followed up the next morning to confirm my availability, and his team arrived about 20 minutes later right at 10:00 AM—perfect timing. They quickly replaced the pane of glass and were finished and gone before 10:30. The price was lower than I expected, they were extremely accommodating, and they made sure to clean the area before leaving.On top of all that, they were incredibly kind to my dog, which is always a huge plus—especially since I own a pit bull. Amazing service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I can’t recommend them enough.
Came in last minute to fix some broken garage windows my son broke with his baseball. They were accommodating and I got the pieces cut right there! So grateful! I'll be back for other glass projects!
