Electronic Repair Unlimited Enterprise Al

Had a strange computer shutdown/power issue. Brought my computer in and Dave had it fixed in very short order! The best service and extremely professional and friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have any IT/computer issues or problems with your electronics! Thank you so much for your time and experience!!!

Very disappointing experience. They kept my phone for over two weeks without providing honest or consistent updates. I was repeatedly told it would be fixed “tomorrow” or “by the end of the day,” but no progress was ever made. I would have appreciated transparency if the phone was unfixable, but instead I received misleading information the entire time. I ultimately had to go pick up my phone myself after realizing they were never going to be upfront. Communication was extremely poor, follow-through was nonexistent, and despite all this, they were quick to take my money I received no refund & my phone in worse condition . I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I had such a great experience here. My PC was giving me a ton of issues, and they fixed it quickly and without any hassle. I really appreciated how straightforward and honest they were. Seriously, Dave deserves a raise and someone to help him answer calls It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this comfortable and cared for while also doing excellent technical work. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs computer repairs.
