Abandoned the project and complete breach of contract. Over his head in carpentry with very novice skill set at best. Did not return messages or calls. Do yourself a favor and do business with a competent and reputable contractor. Put down a deposit and you'll live to regret you did. Should have license to do any business in Enterprise revoked..You've been warned.
If I could give the company 0 stars I would. I don't even know exactly where to start. From the start, Kyle Collins had questionable business practices. He initially quoted our concrete stain project at $850 in-person and then scheduled a time (which he did no show up punctually to) to go over the "contract" and then told my husband it would be $1,000.Fast forward to the project start date--said he would arrive at 9. Did not show up until 1:20 PM. Left an hour late having done really no work. Area was not primed or taped. Did not communicate with us whether or not he was coming back. Came back after 6:00 PM to "prime" and said it would only take 10 minutes. Did not prime and said he would be back at 0900 the next morning.Kyle Collins texted me the next morning and stated that his fiance/girlfriend/ex would not be able to watch his child until 10. 1104 AM texted me and said he was on his way....did not arrive until after 1:00 PM.If you have all day to play project manager with this unreliable contractor--he will probably be right up your alley.Hi all! I just wanted to advise everyone that we had a horrible experience with a contractor who placed advertisements in our weekly newspaper/ledger.Over the course of 3 days, he was late each day, left cigarettes on our property, and promised to touch up concrete stain if any areas needed to be touched up. 10 spots need to be touched up and now he is not responding to me or my husband.Basically, I don't want anyone else to make the mistake we made. What a joke!
