What customers say
One recent customer says the crew assessed the work and got started promptly, and describes the service as professional. An earlier customer says a difficult storm-door installation was completed less than 24 hours after the initial call. One customer reports that the master-bath shower floor remained uneven and puddled after a second attempt, then developed odor and cracked grout within a year; they believed waterproofing behind the tile had been skipped and said they could not get a return call, had stopped using the shower, and were seeking another contractor to redo its lower half.

These guys are great and very professional. They came out assessed what I needed done and got right on it. Price was outstanding but service performed was excellent. I would recommend them anytime and will have them back to do work around my house.

They did a great job on a difficult storm door installation. They had the job done less than 24 hours after my initial phone call. Will definitely use again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! VPS remodeled our children's bathroom for us that turned out Ok, so we decided to re-model our master bathroom. This time, they sent only one guy to work on the project (? why? I don't know), so my husband had to help the one guy so we could get it finished sooner. The shower floor was never done leveled, and even though we ask that one guy to re-do it, he still did a bad job the second time around, and the water puddles all the time. Then, within a year, we started to smell a bad odor in the shower, and the grout started cracking. My husband kept coking the edges of the shower, and the problem would get fixed for a few days. Then my husband finally investigated online what to do about the problem, and realized that the contractor had skipped the step of water proving our shower behind the tile. Needless to say, we had to stop using our shower, now for 2 months and counting, trying to get another contractor to come and re-do the whole half bottom of our shower, and we don't even know what mold, and other bad things we will find when we break the tile. I called VPS and left a message for Emilio to call, several weeks ago, and we have not heard from them. It is very sad, after so many thousands of dollars spend, that now we are left without the ability to shower there for the fear of more damage and mold (this is the second floor of the house), we have called many different tile people to re do but they are all booked, and it is going to cost us another 2 thousand dollars to fix (when we finally get someone), and Emilio doesn't even call us back to back up his work!
