These guys came out 1 day and measured. We agreed for me to pay a portion upfront before they cut the glass and make their custom cuts. Before I could get them the money, the glass was cut and they were sitting at my house ready for install. Man, these guys are fast!

Had to get a few old double pane windows replaced at our main office. Bradley and Dylan at Watson Glass hooked us up and did a great job. Very professional and even cleaned up after they finished. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. On August 20, Watson Glass Co. replaced the glass on my back patio and left glass and metal shavings scattered across the patio, in my doorway, and even tracked them into my living room. With a small child and two dogs in the house, this level of carelessness is nothing short of negligent. I wasn’t home when the technician arrived due to medical reasons, but the mess he left speaks volumes. Given the broken glass shards I observed during his initial measurement visit, which I spent an hour cleaning up myself, I assumed someone would learn from that mistake after notifying them of this initial oversight. Clearly, I was wrong (unfortunately I didn’t take pictures). All I asked for was a simple apology to acknowledge their mistake. When I reached out, the owner flatly refused to apologize, stating “we cannot apologize.” To claim an apology is off the table after compromising a customer’s safety is an astonishing display of arrogance and disregard. Needless to say, I will never use Watson Glass Co. again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who expects professional service and basic human decency.

They were fast and best price around for my 2006 Ford escape windshield. They overnighted the windshield and got it done that very day. Great customer service as well. Very happy with this company.

Had my bathroom remodeled with 2 new frameless shower doors installed by, quite possibly the best installer ever!! Everything was perfect even after being told by others that, with my opening, no one would be able to make it look this good without re-doing my whole thing. I guess they haven't met Watson Glass yet. Very friendly staff (except for this one but we'll let that slide) will definitely use them for all my glass needs. Good job guys, keep up the good work.
